We have approximately 600 sq. ft. of ceramic tile on our family room floors. When we installed them we sealed them with two coats. After doing so we found that we should not have sealed the tile, just the grout. I noticed that no matter how much I cleaned it, if I wiped up a spill, the cloth would be filthy. The sealer was catching the dirt from our shoes. When I saw Clever Clean’s flier I checked their website and also talked to Chris, the owner.
Chris came to our house and gave us an estimate to clean and a separate estimate to seal the grout. Once he started cleaning it was obvious that the sealer was tougher than we had thought. He had to use stripper and a scrub brush but my floors are clean enough to eat off.
I will use Clever Clean again and I not only recommend the company and their method but Mr. Yarbrough is a man of his word and stays with the job until it is done the way the customer wants. Customer service is very important to this young man.

As a retailer of flooring materials, we have many styles of tile displayed on our floors.
